Platform status — the honest version.
Eisberg is in its design-partner phase: single-tenant instances plus a live demo environment, monitored with Prometheus, Loki, and Grafana, with kill-tested auto-restart and nightly off-box encrypted backups that are byte-verified after every run. The data plane runs on customer-owned object storage — its availability is governed by your cloud provider's SLA, not ours.

We do not publish uptime percentages or incident history yet — a public status service with real history ships with GA. Until then, this page is updated by hand and says so.

Get incident notifications.
During the design-partner phase, incident notifications go directly to affected customers — a real engineer emails you, with the diagnosis. A public status feed with RSS and webhook subscriptions ships alongside GA.
Email status@eisbergdata.com to be added to incident notifications for your instance.
