Marketing site terms.
This site (eisbergdata.com) is provided as informational marketing content. Nothing on this site constitutes a commercial offer, an SLA, or a commitment to a specific feature on a specific timeline. Commercial relationships with Eisberg are governed by a signed Master Service Agreement and one or more order forms.
The platform is offered under proprietary commercial license.
Eisberg's platform is proprietary software offered under commercial license. The license is per-workspace, per-tenant, with usage rights and restrictions defined in the order form executed between Eisberg and the customer.
MSA, DPA, and order forms.
Master Service Agreements, Data Processing Addenda (GDPR Article 28-aligned, with EU SCCs where applicable), and order forms are executed per-customer. We share the standard MSA template with prospects on request.
Acceptable use.
You agree not to use this site or any communications channel listed on it (email, contact forms) for spam, automated scraping that materially impairs the service, attempts to reverse-engineer protected materials, or to send malware. The full acceptable-use policy applies to platform use under the MSA.
Intellectual property.
All content, design, and code on this site are the property of Eisberg or used under license. Brand assets are available on request to vetted publications via press@eisbergdata.com. The Eisberg name and logo are trademarks of Eisberg.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability.
This site is provided 'as is' without warranty. The platform's commercial warranties and limitations of liability are governed by the MSA — not by this site. Performance figures shown here are representative outcomes from design partners; your results will be measured against your real workload.
Governing law.
These site terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Disputes shall be resolved in the federal courts of Delaware. The MSA may stipulate different governing law for the commercial relationship.
