The honest version: no published case studies yet.
Eisberg is in design-partner mode. We have not published customer case studies, and we will not invent them — a fabricated outcome would violate the first principle this company runs on. What we can show today is the platform itself, verified in our live environment, and the measurement discipline every future case study will follow.
What's in this set.
What you can verify today
Live · demo environment
Open Iceberg on a customer-owned bucket, customer-owned KMS encryption that is fail-closed when a key can't be honored (verified in our live environment), enforced column masking + row-level security, and an HMAC tamper-evident audit chain with live verification. Your security team can test each one.
How a pilot is measured
Methodology
Baseline first: your current cost, latency, and audit-prep hours on a real workload sample. Then paired runs on Eisberg — same queries, same data. The delta is the case study. No estimates, no multipliers.
What a design-partner engagement covers
Program
A private single-tenant instance, your real workload, your bucket and keys, weekly working sessions with engineering, and the connectors your sign-off depends on built into pilot scope.
When case studies publish
Commitment
When a design partner's measured outcome clears their security and legal review, it publishes here with their name, the method, and the numbers. Until then, this page stays honest — and mostly empty.
